The National Account Manager, SHI (NAM) will be responsible for overseeing and managing key national account (SHI) within the technology sector. This role involves building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients, driving revenue growth, and ensuring client satisfaction by delivering tailored technology solutions. The NAM will serve as a strategic partner to clients, providing industry insights, managing large-scale contracts, owning partner management and sales relationships at SHI, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Marketing, or related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
Experience: 7+ years of experience in channel account management with SHI, sales, or business development, preferably in the technology sector.
Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of technology solutions (e.g., cloud computing, software, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity) and the ability to translate technical concepts to business value.
Sales Expertise: Proven track record of managing large, complex accounts and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Client Focused: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage senior-level executives and decision-makers.
Problem Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Leadership: Ability to lead cross-functional teams, collaborate with different departments, and drive results across multiple stakeholders.

Salary Range : $100,000 - $126,000 (On - Target Earnings)
