Job summary

ACCO Brands is seeking a detail-oriented auditor to perform roving audits of materials, products, and processes, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and functionality. The role involves documenting findings, providing troubleshooting support, and verifying BOMs/BOLs to maintain quality and safety across manufacturing operations.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, ability to handle physical tasks, and strong reading, writing, and math skills.

Qualifications

  • Must have a high school diploma or GED.
  • Must be able to perform physical tasks including bending, stooping, reaching, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Must read and comprehend simple instructions and write simple correspondence.
  • Must perform basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
  • Must communicate effectively, both written and verbal, and work with others.

Job Summary

Responsible for performing roving audits of material, products, and processes for compliance, accuracy, and functionality.

Responsibilities
  • Completes and processes necessary documentation and/or paperwork.
  • Provide trouble-shooting and problem-solving assistance.
  • Read pertinent documentation as required to verify correct products and components (i.e. Bills of Material (BOM) and/or Bills of Lading (BOL).
  • Notifies supervisor when unacceptable product/material is discovered.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area.
  • Follow all safety rules and regulations as well as Company rules and policies.
  • Perform tasks with limited or no supervision.
  • Maintain satisfactory performance levels.
  • Able to organize and direct special projects with minimal direction as required.
  • Participate in process improvement teams.
  • Work overtime as required.
  • Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications
  • Must have a high school diploma or GED.
  • Must be able to perform all physical demands of the position including bending, stooping, reaching, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs., on a limited basis.
  • Must be able to read and comprehend simple instructions, written correspondence, memos, and have the ability to write simple correspondence.
  • Must be able to perform basic math skills to include addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • Must demonstrate ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal.
  • Must demonstrate ability to work well with other departments.
  • Prefer ability to use various instruments and equipment (i.e. calipers, micrometers, hardness gauge, forklift, pallet jack, etc).
  • Prefer basic computer experience using MS Office, Word, Excel, SAP, etc.
