National Account Manager – Cigna Healthcare – Remote
The National Account Manager (NAM) will oversee the operational performance and strategic execution for Cigna clients with 5,000+ employee lives. Responsibilities include developing and implementing service strategies supporting large client benefit programs, wellness, and employee relations, as well as driving persistency, membership growth, and profitability. The NAM manages business relationships, collaborates across product lines, and ensures systems and processes meet client needs and organizational efficiency.
