Job summary

Marini SkinSolutions in Denver is seeking a National Account Development Manager to drive growth across key national accounts. You will act as the primary consultant, manage relationships, and craft strategies to expand the brand's presence in the medical skincare market.

The role includes training via our education team from your home office, mastering our CRM, planning routing visits, and delivering compelling presentations to clients both virtually and in person.

Responsibilities

• Train through a home-office course and master our CRM system.
• Develop and nurture partnerships with key national accounts.
• Serve as the primary consultant for national accounts, managing service and training, and relationship management.
• Develop sales strategies to drive growth and improve sell-through.
• Plan routing and monthly cycle visits to maintain strong account relationships.
• Meet monthly and quarterly targets to earn bonuses and commissions with no cap.
• Implement processes that align initiatives with company goals and drive account growth.
• Analyze weekly business needs to ensure satisfaction of key accounts.
• Deliver dynamic product and business presentations to clients, virtually and in person.
• Travel to support growth, attend trade shows and medical conferences.
