Job summary

Renu, LLC is a turn-key renovation and restoration contractor serving multifamily housing, hospitality and commercial industries. Based in Texas and providing services throughout the country.

As a National Account Executive, you will drive outside business development, often spending more than half your time traveling to engage clients such as property managers and asset operators. You will coordinate with the estimating team, maintain CRM records, and promote our services across channels.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of executive sales or marketing experience.
• Background in multifamily renovation, hospitality and construction.
• Must have dependable transportation.
• Must have an existing book of business and loyal client base.
• Ability to travel within the United States (overnight travel 20%+).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-moving environment.
• Proficient with MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Market Renu’s services to property managers, asset managers, owner/operators.
• Develop and maintain lead generation and business development activities.
• Manage multiple projects and negotiate jobs with Estimating team.
• Document activities through CRM and collaborate with internal departments.
• Attend nationally sponsored events and tradeshows.
• Generate business leads across all Renu channels.
• Travel as needed, often more than 50% of time.
• Promote excellent customer experience.
