Job summary

Verity Pharmaceuticals is seeking a National Account Director to lead the US and Western Region sales team. You will coach Regional Account Managers, drive national sales strategy, and manage budgets while building key customer relationships.

Applicants should have 7+ years of pharma/biotech sales with 5+ years in management, plus a track record of exceeding goals. A Bachelor’s degree is required; MBA/MS is a plus. Competitive base with incentives and substantial travel are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or MS preferred.
• 7+ years pharma/biotech/medical device sales with at least 5 years in sales management.
• Proven track record of high performance and leadership in meeting/exceeding objectives.
• Experience managing large accounts with multiple stakeholders; Urology/Oncology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead RAMs to achieve annual sales goals.
• Recruit, hire and train a high-performing team.
• Provide coaching and guidance based on needs; set goals and strategies.
• Oversee budget, performance metrics, and national sales strategy.
• Prepare reports for executive management and represent Verity at events.
