Job summary

Stratis Group seeks a National Access & Reimbursement Commercial Operations Lead (Field-Based) to drive launch readiness and ongoing commercialization by staffing, training, and aligning the ARM Team with client access objectives. You will coordinate with Data, Analytics, Sales, and Market Access to ensure compliant education and effective payer navigation.

The role requires leading a large team, maintaining KPI discipline, and delivering executive summaries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in Managed Care, Field Reimbursement, Patient Services, Sales or Field Operations.
• 3+ years in access management and/or people management.
• Experience with Retail & Specialty Pharmacies.
• Ability to travel as required by client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a large ARMs team (>10) and drive high performance.
• Own day-to-day ARM KPI monitoring and coaching actions.
• Translate data trends into executive-ready reviews and actions.
• Coordinate onboarding, recruiting, training, and field meetings.
• Coach ARMs to educate providers on payer coverage and authorization processes.
