1–3 years of RF drive testing, network optimization, or field engineering.
Hands-on proficiency with TEMS and XCAL.
Familiarity with TEMS Discovery and Actix for KPI reporting.

Responsibilities

Conduct RF drive testing and walk testing across cellular footprints using specialized mobile test kits.
Operate TEMS Investigation/Discovery and XCAL.
Monitor, record, and analyze crucial radio frequency metrics including RSRP, RSRQ, SINR, RSCP, Ec/Io, and call drop rates.
Identify coverage holes, pilot pollution, interference issues, and network performance bottlenecks.
Collaborate with RF optimization, network planning, and integration teams to resolve coverage and quality issues.
Verify post-launch network performance and validate cluster optimization after new cell site modifications.
Ensure all testing equipment, GPS receivers, scanners, and mobile handsets are calibrated and operational.
Compile detailed daily drive test logs and KPI reports for stakeholders.
