Job summary

SWIUS Inc. is seeking an experienced RF Drive Test Engineer to lead mobile network data collection, drive test execution, and real-time logging across international project sites.

You will use industry-standard benchmarking tools and collaborate with global operators to validate coverage and optimize performance. The role requires hands-on testing across LTE and 5G networks, strong troubleshooting skills, and willingness to travel frequently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (telecoms, electrical, CS).
• At least 2+ years of RF drive testing and field data collection experience.
• Proficient with XCAL and TEMS for data collection and benchmarking.
• Solid knowledge of LTE and 5G networks and RF propagation principles.
• Experience measuring RSRP/RSRQ, SINR, data throughput and logs.
• Ability to travel frequently and work across international sites.

Responsibilities

• Execute RF drive testing across worldwide cellular networks.
• Configure and operate RF test equipment and benchmarking software (XCAL/TEMS).
• Measure and analyze radio parameters and data throughput metrics.
• Verify network coverage, voice quality, and handover performance (LTE/5G).
• Document coverage gaps, interference sources, and call drop causes.
• Collaborate with RF optimization engineers and field technicians.
• Ensure safety, calibration standards, and project schedules.
• Maintain field logs, route records, and data delivery summaries.
