Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction project management experience.
• GC or specialty contractor background preferred.
• Strong understanding of contracts, submittals, RFIs, schedules, and closeout.
• Ability to read plans and coordinate field logistics.

Responsibilities

• Own projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Develop and manage project execution plans and schedules.
• Coordinate with general contractors, owners, designers, and subs.
• Ensure safety plans are integrated into execution.
• Manage budgets, change orders, and reporting.
