Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years of construction project management, preferably in asphalt, concrete, or related sitework.
• GC or Specialty Contractor experience for formal project controls and coordination is preferred.
• Project administration skills including contracts, submittals, RFIs, schedules, change management, documentation, meetings, and closeout.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of asphalt and concrete projects from preconstruction to closeout, ensuring safety, on-schedule delivery, budget adherence, and contract compliance.
• Develop and lead project execution plans including sequencing, site logistics, phasing, access, manpower, and subcontractor coordination.
