Qualifications

• BS or MS in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in Information Technology, Systems Support, or Database Administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical and user support for Pratt Miller software tools at NASCAR Sprint Cup races (41 events per year).
• Provide expert-level user support for clients as needed.
• Proactively check in with clients to identify support needs.
• Provide first-level support and intermediary communication with higher level support personnel.
• Maintain a trackside library of all current versions of Pratt Miller software toolsets and support materials.
• Assist in production and distribution of weekly reports.
