Job summary

Integres, LLC seeks an experienced NASA SEWP Program Manager in Maryland to oversee SEWP contracts, ensure FAR and policy compliance, and deliver successful program outcomes. You will act as the main liaison with the NASA SEWP Program Office and stakeholders across internal teams.

The role requires 5+ years managing federal contracts, including NASA SEWP, with strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage budgets and schedules effectively.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Program Manager managing Federal Government contracts.
• Minimum 1 year of direct experience managing NASA SEWP contracts.
• Strong understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).
• PMP certification is required or Program management degree.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities.

• Manage the overall execution and administration of NASA SEWP contracts.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for NASA SEWP Program Office, customers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with NASA SEWP contract requirements, FAR, and company policies.
• Coordinate contract deliverables, reporting, modifications, and task order management.
• Monitor contract performance, schedules, risks, and budgets to ensure successful execution.
• Support proposal development, contract transitions, and business development efforts related to NASA SEWP opportunities.
• Collaborate with technical, finance, contracts, and operations teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Track contract metrics and prepare status reports for leadership and customers.
• Identify process improvements and implement best practices to enhance contract performance.
• Maintain strong relationships with government customers and industry partners.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced NASA SEWP Program Manager to oversee and manage contracts under the NASA Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement (SEWP) program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in federal government contracting, direct experience managing NASA SEWP contracts, and the ability to ensure contract compliance, customer satisfaction, and successful program execution.

• 5+ years of experience as a Program Manager managing Federal Government contracts.
• Minimum 1 year of direct experience managing NASA SEWP contracts.
• Strong understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and government contracting processes.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required or Program management degree.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands‑on NASA SEWP contract management experience.
• Knowledge of NASA procurement policies and contract administration.
• Experience working with government customers, subcontractors, and prime contractors.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Prior exp as NASA SEWP PM or Deputy PM.
