Job summary

Venatôre in Tampa seeks a SEWP Program Manager / Vehicle Growth & Strategy Lead to shape NASA SEWP strategy, readiness, and growth, coordinating cross-functional teams across BD, operations, finance, contracts, partners, customers, and leadership.

You will establish operating rhythms, pursue priority customers, manage RFQ activity from opportunity to order, and drive partnerships with OEMs and channel partners to scale SEWP opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Own Venatôre's SEWP strategy, operating rhythm, and growth plan.
• Develop account strategies for initial and priority SEWP customer targets.
• Identify customer demand signals and translate them into pursuit strategies.
• Define initial solution bundles, priority offerings, and go-to-market focus areas.
• Develop and execute 30-, 60-, and 90-day SEWP readiness and growth plan.
• Identify growth opportunities and recommend actions to increase RFQ participation.
• Develop and maintain relationships with OEMs, distributors, resellers, and solution partners.
• Establish expectations for strategic partners and ensure commitments are met.
• Own partner accountability and ensure pricing inputs and pursuit actions are completed on schedule.
• Monitor partner activity and identify gaps or opportunities affecting competitiveness.
• Review the SEWP RFQ pipeline weekly and manage RFQ go/no-go criteria.
• Evaluate RFQs based on customer fit, partner readiness, solution viability, and margins.
• Document no-bid decisions and communicate rationale.
• Drive timely quote development and monitor turnaround performance.
• Track pursued opportunities through award, order status, and next actions.
• Coordinate with BD on customer outreach, account planning, and pursuit priorities.
• Align engagement activities with identified demand signals and SEWP growth objectives.
• Support development of account plans for priority agencies and customers.
• Coordinate with operations, finance, and contracts for SEWP readiness.
• Identify and resolve blockers and maintain clear stakeholder communication.
• Serve as escalation point for NASA SEWP PMO, customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Provide leadership updates on SEWP performance, pipeline health, and execution priorities.
• Report RFQs received, pursued, no-bid decisions, partner activity, and margins.
