Job summary

Venatôre, a Tampa-based government contractor, seeks a Program Manager for SEWP strategy, growth, and channel management. You will lead cross-functional readiness, drive RFQ activity from opportunity identification to order execution, and coordinate with partners to scale SEWP opportunities.

This role reports to senior leadership and supports federal acquisition programs. Ideal candidates will own the SEWP strategy, develop account plans, and manage performance reporting across the pipeline,

Responsibilities

• Lead Venatôre’s NASA SEWP strategy, operating rhythm, and growth plan.
• Develop account strategies for SEWP customer targets and identify demand signals.
• Define initial solution bundles, priority offerings, and go-to-market focus areas.
• Execute a 30-, 60-, and 90-day SEWP readiness and growth plan.
• Manage RFQ activity from opportunity identification through order execution.
• Develop and maintain relationships with OEMs, distributors, resellers, and solution partners.
• Track RFQ pipeline, quotes, and win/loss decisions; communicate no-bid rationale.
