Job summary

Radial Solutions Inc. (RSi) in Huntsville, AL, is seeking an Engineering Technician II to support the NASA METTS contract. You will assist engineers with design drawings, testing, and data processing in indoor lab environments.

The role requires familiarity with hand tools and blueprints, plus basic science or engineering knowledge; strong communication skills are preferred. Occasional overtime and potential second or third shift on demand.

Responsibilities

• Prepare design drawings and assist with the design, evaluation, and/or modification of machinery and equipment.
• Assemble or construct standard equipment or parts following specific instructions.
• Service and repair simple instruments or equipment as directed.
• Conducts variety of tests using established methods and operate test equipment.
• Prepare test specimens and accurately record and verify test data.
• Identify deviations caused by equipment issues or observational errors.
• Extract and process engineering data using defined algebraic and geometric methods.
• Present processed data in prescribed formats for engineering review.
