Job summary

Per Sé Group seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead a major NASA construction effort at Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville. You will own the project from design kickoff through mobilization, construction, commissioning and closeout, coordinating design teams and managing the NASA relationship.

The role requires a four-year degree in construction or engineering, at least five years of project leadership, and experience with safety, hazards, and LEED/Green Globes.

Qualifications

• A four-year degree in construction/engineering is required.
• At least five years of relevant project leadership experience.
• Safety/hazard identification and LEED or Green Globes project experience.
• Federal experience with NASA, USACE, NAVFAC or GSA and familiarity with submittals, RFIs, and pay applications.

Responsibilities

• Own the project day to day, from design kickoff to closeout.
• Coordinate design team and subcontractors.
• Manage schedule, budget, and NASA relationship.
• Ensure timely pay applications and status updates.
