Responsibilities

• Support monthly financial reporting and NF533 cost reports.
• Assist with contract cost accounting across labor, subcontractors, travel, and other direct costs.
• Reconcile data between accounting systems and reports.
• Monitor expenditures and budget performance across task orders.
• Prepare and validate government contract invoices and billing documentation.
• Support forecasting and estimates to complete (ETCs).
