Nas Senior Project Manager

Location: Glendale, California

Responsibilities
  • Liaise with clients to ensure that projects are constructed as per quality and safety standards and contract.
  • Understand client drivers and offer value engineering proposals for functionality, cost, and schedule benefit while maintaining value‑added outcomes.
  • Coordinate, monitor, and manage design deliverable schedule to facilitate permits, procurement, shop drawings, off‑site production, construction, and commissioning, and obtain client sign‑off.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain the project safety program for a safe work environment, creating a safety culture as mentor and role model.
  • Conduct job‑site tours and safety inspections and lead by example to ensure policies, procedures, environmental programs, and safety standards are followed.
  • Oversee development and implementation of a quality management plan and quality culture with stakeholder buy‑in.
  • Review design and resolve issues with the design team regarding compliance, scope creep, cost optimization, code requirements, procurement, safety in design, construction sequencing, and constructability.
  • Monitor production and review work of assigned resources to ensure that project time, cost, and quality objectives are met.
  • Manage construction quality compliance with design documentation.
  • Lead efforts to secure new work by participating in estimates, working with trade contractors, and/or contributing to proposals and presentations.
  • Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Experience developing strategies, roadmaps, and scopes of work for early‑phase project planning, including proposal bid cost estimate oversight and risk management input for various delivery models, including Design‑Build for Entertainment and Culture Projects.
  • Understanding of business planning, economic feasibility, and licensing for location‑based entertainment.
  • Experience managing experiential and/or museum design projects, including architecture, engineering, and specialty disciplines.
  • Proven problem‑solving skills to drive design and cost alignment, ensuring design compliance with client requirements, budget, and schedule.
  • Serve as primary point of contact with client and external stakeholders during design and pre‑construction delivery phase, providing strong project leadership through clear communication, collaboration, and relationship management.
  • Demonstrate innovative, analytical, and creative thinking through capacity to solve complex challenges, drive company growth, and navigate ambiguity in dynamic project settings.
  • Lead cross‑functional multidisciplinary teams in complex, creative environments, understanding interfaces, integration points, roles, and responsibilities.
  • Represent nFusion at industry events, make client presentations to drive new opportunities, and communicate the firm’s value proposition with confidence.
  • Professional project management credentials, architectural or engineering expertise, or equivalent fabrication and construction experience to ensure best‑in‑class project delivery.
