Job summary

Veracity Engineering is seeking a Mid Level Program Analyst to support FAA NAS modernization efforts and integration initiatives. The role focuses on research, analysis, and cross‑organization collaboration to improve throughput and safety across NAS divisions.

You will develop epics, features, requirements, user stories, and test criteria while engaging stakeholders and SMEs in iterative reviews and continuous improvement. This position offers growth and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Different levels available, requiring 2-10 years of relevant experience.
• 5 years of relevant experience may be substituted for the bachelor’s degree.
• Master’s Degree or MBA in related field may be substituted for bachelor’s degree and 3 years’ experience.
• PhD in related field may be substituted for bachelor’s degree and 7 years’ experience.

Responsibilities

• Conducts research, evaluations, analyses, and studies, and presents recommendations/solutions related to short and long-term program planning requirements.
• Position will focus on analyzing initiatives that maximize NAS throughput and efficiency, while maintaining safety and ensures consistency in the integration and standardization by collaborating and communicating across ATO Service Units and FAA Lines of Businesses.
• Specific expertise will leverage your experience and expertise in understanding the complexity and impacts of these FAA initiatives.
• Internal tool and application development support, including definition of user needs and functional requirements.
• Requirements elicitation, development, traceability, and lifecycle management using tools such as Codebeamer.
• Development of Epics, Features, Requirements, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and Test Cases.
• Process mapping, current-state analysis, resource evaluation, and identification of efficiency or safety improvement
• Research and analysis of technical, operational, programmatic, and modernization alternatives.
• Development of test approaches supporting Test & Evaluation.
• Customer and SME interviews, recurring reviews, and retrospective participation..
