Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Central Service Center NAS Planning & Integration Specialist to support FAA NAS transition programs from the Fort Worth, TX location. You will become a subject matter expert in Tech Ops NAS transition programs and coordinate with multiple teams to drive requirements and milestones.

The role emphasizes strong technical writing, collaboration, and proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, with the ability to obtain Public Trust Clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 6+ years experience.
• Working knowledge or experience with Corporate Work Plan or similar.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Strong collaboration/interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and strong technical writing skills.
• Ability to obtain Public Trust Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare interagency correspondence/MOA.
• Prepare written replies for issues between the FAA and officials regarding NAS transition programs.
• Plan multiple Facility and Equipment and Operational projects, coordinating with Programs and Requirements teams.
• Review CWP to ensure planned activities are supported.
• Develop reimbursable agreements when sponsor activities require ATO support.
• Provide weekly updates to RSR and participate in weekly status briefing to management.
• Support sustainment of NAS facilities, staffed and un-staffed.
• Support prioritization of NAS needs.
• Conduct research, evaluations, and studies to develop requirements statements.
• Coordinate NAS requirements and installations.
• Compile staff studies and documents in support of NAS needs validation.
