Job summary

Leidos seeks an Electronics Engineer to support FAA NAS modernization efforts in Anchorage, AK. The role focuses on project engineering, planning and cross-team coordination within the NISC IV program.

Responsibilities include engineering design packages, transition and testing plans, and risk assessments. Candidates should have an electrical/electronic background and be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications

• Electrical and/or Electronic Engineering degree with 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Systems engineering experience integrating electronics components and systems.
• Ability to obtain Public Trust Security Clearance; US citizen or eligible resident.

Responsibilities

• Provide electronics engineering support for LIFT and NAS modernization projects.
• Develop installation packages for communications equipment, radar, control and weather gear.
• Prepare transition, testing, and training plans with all stakeholders.
• Assist in drafting project scope, schedules, and feasibility analyses.
• Assess risks and propose mitigations for site and project changes.
