Randstad USA is hiring a reach truck forklift operator in Pooler, GA to drive high throughput in very narrow aisle environments. The role offers full-time hours, competitive pay, and a dynamic logistics team.

You will perform high-speed replenishment, move pallets in tight aisles, assist with loading/unloading, report hazards, and help with cycle counts. Qualified candidates pass a PIT Test and can handle up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must pass Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) Test.
• Ability to move pallets quickly and safely in high-density storage.
• Experience working in very narrow aisle (VNA) environments.

Responsabilités

• High-speed replenishment: move pallets from reserve to picking levels using the reach truck.
• Execute movements within the narrow aisle system with professional efficiency, minimizing congestion.
• Loading/unloading support: assist with palletized goods onto docks when needed.
• Communicate safety hazards or inventory blockages to supervisors immediately.
• Participate in cycle counting to verify inventory in high rack locations.
