Job summary

Employ Partners is seeking a Reach Truck Operator for our Acworth, GA location. The role involves operating a reach truck to move, stage, and store materials, picking orders with RF scanners, and loading/unloading inbound/outbound shipments.

You’ll help maintain inventory accuracy and support daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate has reach truck experience, forklift certification (or willingness to obtain), and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Prior experience operating a reach truck is required.
• Forklift certification preferred or willingness to obtain certification.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution setting strongly preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate a reach truck safely to move, stage, and store materials in designated racking areas.
• Pick and pull customer orders accurately using RF scanners or printed pick lists.
• Load and unload materials from inbound and outbound trucks.
• Perform inventory replenishment, put-away, and stock rotation tasks.
• Assist with packing, labeling, and preparing shipments for delivery.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
• Support general warehouse operations as needed.
