Job Classification: Non-Exempt, Part-Time Employee (Up to 25 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as required)
The Narrative Content Coordinator keeps stories moving—from a participant finding their voice to the post, newsletter, or webpage that brings that moment to the community. This role captures and organizes stories with care, then shares them with clarity, respect, and purpose. Working closely with the Chief Storyteller and across programs, philanthropy, and community engagement, the coordinator creates and manages content for social media, email, the website, digital assets, and organizational campaigns. They bring strong knowledge of social platforms, website functions, digital asset management, and communications best practices. This hands‑on role is ideal for an organized, creative storyteller who can manage details, collaborate across teams, and keep Girls Inc. of Santa Fe’s public voice consistent, mission‑aligned, and moving forward.
