Girls Inc. of Santa Fe seeks a Narrative Content Coordinator to keep stories moving—from participants finding their voices to posts, newsletters, and webpages for the community.

You will craft content for social channels, email, the website, and campaigns, ensuring voice consistency and mission alignment. The role requires strong writing, editing, and organizational skills, with experience in nonprofit communications and comfort with digital assets.

Qualifications

• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Experience creating or coordinating content for social media, newsletters, websites, or community communications.
• Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple deadlines.
• Familiarity with Canva, Mailchimp or similar email platforms, Hootsuite, Google Workspace, and digital asset systems.
• Ability to write in a clear, warm, accurate, and mission-aligned voice.
• Comfort with photos, captions, file organization, and basic design layouts.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Respect for youth voice, privacy, and ethical storytelling practices.
• Experience in nonprofit, youth development, education, or mission-driven communications preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Content Creation & Coordination: manage the day-to-day flow of organizational storytelling and maintain a content calendar.
• Draft, schedule, and adapt content for social media, newsletters, the website, print materials, events, and campaigns.
• Balance creative production with administrative coordination and keep schedules, approvals, files, and deadlines on track.
• Ensure all content is timely, accurate, asset-based, and aligned with the voice of Girls Inc. of Santa Fe.
