Proven experience in managing large, complex projects.
Strong knowledge of PMIP/GPM methodologies and execution.
Experience supporting Sales in pre-sale activities.
Contract negotiation experience.
Experience with cross-functional teams during pre-sale and post-sale.
Familiarity with process automation technologies across key verticals.
Track record of influential leadership.

Responsibilities

Align the NAR GMP Strategy with NAR GMP Sales and PAS Regional Leadership.
Drive regional opportunity identification and qualification with Sales.
Develop pursuit win strategy with GMP Sales.
Collaborate across Honeywell businesses for a One Honeywell pursuit strategy.
Support Sales for customer meetings and workshops to demonstrate GMP value.
Organize the team and lead RFQ response.
Support Sales and Legal in contract terms negotiations.
Lead opportunities to Regional Leadership in Level Reviews.
Coordinate with Regional Project Management and Engineering Leadership to identify and develop PM and Engineers for GMP pipeline.
Lead cross-functional collaboration with quality, engineering, and operations to execute GMP projects.
