Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture.
• 5+ years of relevant architectural experience.
• Strong construction documentation and project coordination experience.
• Archicad proficiency strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with Southwest Florida codes and coastal/flood-zone requirements is a plus.
• Architectural licensure preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects through design development, construction documents, permitting, and construction administration.
• Develop and coordinate architectural drawing sets in Archicad.
• Coordinate structural, MEP, civil, landscape, and other consultants.
• Manage project schedules, deliverables, and internal time budgets.
• Review drawings for technical accuracy, coordination, and design intent.
• Communicate directly with clients, contractors, consultants, and permitting agencies.
• Research and apply applicable building codes and local jurisdictional requirements.
• Review submittals, shop drawings, and RFIs during construction.
• Identify coordination issues and proactively move projects toward resolution.
