Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience building customer relationships or clienteling.
• Passion for apparel styling.
• Anthro brand fan.
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate customer relationships through personal styling and clienteling.
• Develop impromptu and formal appointment opportunities to strengthen relationships and drive key metrics.
• Upsell and transact in the moment with clientele.
• Partner with store leadership on events and experiences reflective of local customers.
• Collaborate with leadership and selling teams to support service and outfitting initiatives.
