The Nanny Poppins Agency is helping a warm, active family in Bow, NH, hire a long-term live-out nanny starting in early January 2027. The role begins with full care for a 2-year-old and expands to include newborn care in spring 2027.

A high-energy caregiver with a reliable vehicle, CPR/First Aid certification, and comfort with dogs is preferred. Offer includes a 40-hour work week with a schedule that may include date nights, and on-site parking with gas reimbursement for work-related driving.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of professional nanny experience, with infant and toddler work preferred.
• Energetic and able to keep up with an active toddler and a newborn later on.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Comfortable around dogs and able to provide 3–5 professional references.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-time care for a 2-year-old, with newborn care added in spring 2027.
• Plan age-appropriate play, learning activities, and outdoor time.
• Transport the toddler to activities in your own vehicle.
• Maintain consistent meals, naps, and daily routines.
• Prepare healthy meals and snacks for children; light tidy of play areas and laundry.
• Care for the newborn: feeding, diapering, soothing, and sleep schedule.
• Update parents daily on routines and milestones.
• Be available for occasional date nights.

Start Date: Early January 2027
Compensation: $32/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–3:30 PM or 8:00 AM–4:00 PM (flexible), plus occasional date nights
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week

Overview:

A warm, active family is looking for a long-term, live-out nanny to join their home in early January. Their 2-year-old son is energetic, curious, and always on the go, and the family is expecting their second baby. At first the nanny will focus mainly on the toddler. Around April or May, the role grows to full care of both the toddler and the newborn. The family wants someone with plenty of energy who can keep up with a busy little boy, give him an engaging daily routine, and bring calm, nurturing care to a newborn. The family has a dog, and a house cleaner comes every other week.

Responsibilities:

• Provide full-time care for a 2-year-old, with care for a newborn added in spring 2027
