The Nanny Poppins Agency is seeking a dedicated full-time nanny in Medford, MA to care for a 2-year-old and a 5-year-old. The role emphasizes partnership with the family and daily routines.

Ideal candidates are upbeat, nurturing, physically able to manage a busy toddler, with CPR/First Aid certification, a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, and flexible availability. Compensation is $31–35 per hour with guaranteed 40 hours weekly; schedule is Mon, Tue, Thu 8:00–4:30 and Wed, Fri

Qualifications

• Energetic and comfortable lifting a large, active toddler
• Montessori knowledge is a plus
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• COVID-19 and flu vaccinations
• Reliable and flexible
• Must be able to provide 3–5 professional references

Responsabilités

• Attentive full-day toddler care, including feedings, naps, diapering, and developmental play
• Daily school pickup
• Care and activities for both children in the afternoons and on school vacation days
• Light household tasks related to the children, including laundry, running the dishwasher, organizing and rotating toys, and preparing meals

Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 8:00 AM–4:30 PM; Wednesday, Friday 9:00 AM–4:15 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week

Overview
Join a warm Medford household as a full-time, long-term Nanny for a 2-year-old and a 5-year-old. This family sees their Nanny as a true partner in raising their children and an important part of their village. While the older child is in school, the weekday rhythm follows the toddler: mealtimes, a morning and an afternoon nap, and plenty of engaging, play-based time together. The ideal candidate is upbeat, nurturing, and physically able to keep up with a big, busy toddler, and is comfortable caring for both siblings on school breaks and days off.
