Home Work Staffing is seeking an experienced, proactive nanny for a Princeton, NJ family. The role focuses on infant care for a 5-month-old and toddler care in the afternoons, with travel to Europe in the summer. Start ASAP; schedule Mon–Sat, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, with guaranteed 51 hours weekly.

You\'ll work closely with a hands-on parent, support development milestones, manage daily routines, and maintain a safe, organized home while ensuring flexibility for travel.

Qualifikationen

• Previous professional nanny experience is a must.
• Strong experience caring for infants and toddlers.
• Knowledge of infant development and age-appropriate milestones.
• Warm, energetic, proactive, and organized; able to work independently.
• Collaborative and comfortable working alongside a hands-on parent.
• Flexibility to travel with the family to Europe during the summer.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Must be able to provide 3–5 professional references.

Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM

Overview

A warm, hands-on Princeton, NJ family is looking for an experienced, playful, and proactive nanny for their two boys, ages 5 months and 2.5 years. Your main focus will be the infant. The toddler goes to nursery school from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, naps in the early afternoon, and then joins you for afternoon play. The family wants a self-starter who confidently runs the children’s day and anticipates their needs. Mom is very involved in the children’s routines, so you should be comfortable working closely with a hands-on parent. The family travels to Europe in the summer, so flexibility and a willingness to travel are important. This is a long-term role.
