Qualifications

• At least 2–3+ years of professional childcare experience with toddlers.
• Experience caring for multiples (1-year-old twins) strongly preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification required or willing to renew.
• Clean driving record and ability to transport children using the family vehicle.
• Reliable professional and personal references.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction.

Responsibilities

• This role is approximately 50% childcare and 50% family assistant duties.
• Care for a 4-year-old and 1-year-old twins with engaging age-appropriate activities.
• Prepare meals and snacks, maintain routines, and transport the preschooler as needed.
• Perform family assistant tasks: laundry, organizing toys/spaces, tidying, groceries, light meal prep, returns, errands.
• Support a collaborative parenting team with flexible scheduling.
