Job summary

Safe at Home in Warren, MI is seeking a Child Care Specialist to provide compassionate in-home childcare for local families. This role offers 24-40 hours per week with morning shifts and a competitive $16.00–$17.00 hourly pay, allowing you to balance work and family life.

As part of the Safe at Home team, you will create a warm, safe, and engaging environment, coordinate with families, and help children grow through age-appropriate activities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of childcare experience
• Outstanding communication skills
• An undeniable positive, can-do attitude
• Valid Driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Proof of Auto Registration and Insurance
• Maintain availability for at least two full weekdays (Monday–Friday). A full day is defined as a minimum of eight hours of consecutive availability between 6:00 AM – 9:00 PM.

• Create a warm, safe, and fun environment for each child in your care
