Safe at Home, a division of Kennedy Care, is seeking caring nannies to provide high-quality in-home childcare in Plymouth, MI. You’ll enjoy flexible hours, supportive team, and opportunities to work with one or multiple families.

This role emphasizes safety, development, and strong communication with families. Benefits include paid trainings, mileage reimbursement, and eligibility for benefits after 12 months.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of childcare experience.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• An undeniable positive, can-do attitude.
• Proof of Auto Registration and Insurance.
• Maintain availability for at least two full weekdays (Mon-Fri). A full day is defined as a minimum of eight hours of consecutive availability between 6:00 AM - 9:00 PM.

• Provide engaging, age-appropriate activities that support children's growth and development.
• Create a warm, safe, and fun environment for each child in your care.
• Build professional relationships with families to deliver high-quality childcare.
• Communicate openly with families and our SAH team to ensure consistency and support.

• Provide transportation for outings, activities, and errands, ensuring children arrive safely and on time.
