Job summary

Amgen is seeking a NAMs Science and Technology Integration Partner to connect scientific expertise, resources, and communities across Research, Development, and external partners. You will lead enterprise NAMs strategy, coordinate workplans, and drive cross-functional collaboration to advance NAM adoption and implementation.

The role focuses on translating strategic scientific opportunities into executable plans, maintaining knowledge management, and managing organizational enablement

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree [and relevant post-doc where applicable]
• Master’s degree and 3 years of scientific integration, research operations, strategic initiative experience, or related experience
• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of scientific integration, research operations, strategic initiative experience, or related experience
• Experience coordinating large matrix organizations without direct authority
• Experience developing integrated program plans with milestones, risks, and resources
• Strong scientific integration, organizational, and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

• Support NAMs strategy by connecting scientific expertise, resources, and communities
• Coordinate initiatives spanning human-relevant model development, data infrastructure, and regulatory engagement
• Lead cross-functional meetings, workshops, and knowledge-sharing activities
• Develop and manage communication strategies to raise NAM capabilities visibility
• Serve as program manager for NAM Integration for Translational Enablement (NITE) initiative
• Partner with external collaborators and vendors to advance NAM adoption
