Job summary

Wellbore Integrity Solutions (WIS) in Houston, TX, is seeking a hands-on NAM IT Infrastructure Administrator to deliver day-to-day IT support across North America, and provide Tier 2/3 infrastructure and networking assistance. You will handle end-user issues, manage Microsoft 365 services, support Teams, and help maintain documentation, reliability, and security across sites.

This role requires a service-oriented technologist who thrives in a fast-paced, globally connected environment.

Qualifications

• End-user environment support including Windows, Microsoft 365, printers and peripherals.
• Practical Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams support in an enterprise.
• Foundational networking knowledge: TCP/IP, VLANs, VPN, Wi‑Fi.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with distributed teams.
• Strong service orientation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on NAM IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, and conferencing systems.
• Support Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
• Troubleshoot Teams calls, meetings, conferencing rooms, and collaboration issues.
• Escalate complex service desk issues beyond Tier 1.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding, hardware provisioning, and access validation.
• Document incidents and requests clearly, ensuring defined outcomes.
• Support infrastructure, networking and cloud tasks under leadership.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to resolve issues.
• Contribute to improving reliability, response times, and user experience.
