Responsibilities

• Lead AI capabilities deployment to streamline processing and improve efficiency.
• Establish control frameworks to ensure timely, error-free client instructions.
• Oversee record balancing, election transmission, and distributions in custody actions.
• Set benchmarks and resolve complex inquiries from clients and internal teams.
• Conduct diagnostic reviews to remove bottlenecks and enable STP.
• Mentor managers and professionals to foster continuous improvement.
• Chair incident reviews and report risk metrics to leadership with remediation plans.
• Partner with Product, Technology, and operations to advance programs.
