Job summary

The Condado Collection in San Juan, Puerto Rico seeks a Licensed Nail Technician to deliver professional nail services in a luxury spa setting. You will greet guests, perform manicures and pedicures, and educate guests on nail care with high standards of hygiene and hospitality.

Experience in a salon or spa is preferred; bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is required, with availability for flexible evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests warmly, ensuring they feel comfortable and cared for throughout their visit.
• Perform professional nail services including manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, and polish applications according to established spa protocols and hygiene standards.
• Educate guests on nail care, aftercare, and recommend appropriate retail products to support their wellness journey.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all tools, equipment, and treatment areas in compliance with local health and safety regulations.
• Assist in maintaining spa appearance and ensure all supplies and equipment are adequately stocked and organized.
• Stay updated with the latest nail trends, techniques, and products to continuously enhance service offerings.
• Collaborate with team members to provide seamless service across all spa and salon areas.
• Stay informed on spa and hotel events to anticipate guest needs.
• Follow all hotel, spa, and safety policies; report any unsafe conditions to management.
• Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
• Perform other duties as requested by supervisors.

Qualifications

• Hospitality oriented.
• Licensed Nail Technician in Puerto Rico.
• Previous experience in a salon or spa environment preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to provide high-quality guest experiences.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
