A luxury spa in Henderson, Nevada is seeking a Nail Technician to provide comprehensive nail services such as manicures and pedicures. The ideal candidate will possess a current state Cosmetology License and have excellent communication skills. Qualifications

Must have 1-3 years of experience as a Nail Technician, preferably in a hotel/resort.
Must be polished, professional, and have a strong command of both written and verbal English.
Flexible schedule including days, nights, holidays, and weekends is required.

Flexible schedule including days, nights, holidays, and weekends; on-call availability.
Ability to sit for long periods; knowledge of nail-care techniques.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive and professional manicures and pedicures to guests.
Maintain safety and sanitation standards in the treatment area.
Communicate guest problems or complaints to the Spa Manager on Duty.
Set up and break down of designated treatment area with neat and well-stocked work areas.
Provide spa guests with a tour of spa facilities, when needed.
Interact cooperatively with, and with consideration towards guests and co-workers.
Anticipate guest needs and adhere to Green Valley Ranch by Well & Being and Trilogy’s standards for guest service, including Forbes 5 Star Standards.
Communicate guest problems or complaints to the Spa Manager on Duty.
Maintain safety and sanitation standards.
Decisions of a broad nature are made in accordance with general policy and procedures.

Job Summary

The Nail Technician is responsible for providing guests with comprehensive and professional manicures, pedicures, and other nail-related services. Must have excellent communication skills, problem-solving skills and maintain a high level of customer service standards. Must have the ability to perform services using proper techniques while maintaining the highest level of professionalism at all times. Scheduling, dependability, and flexibility are a must.

Must have current state Cosmetology License.
Must have at least 1-3 years experience in an Nail Technician position, preferably in a hotel/resort.
Must have a flexible schedule, including days, nights, holidays, and weekends, and must be available on an "On Call" basis, if needed.
Must be able to sit for long periods of time.
Knowledge of nail-care techniques and procedures provided.
Must be polished, professional, and have a strong command of both written and verbal English.
Must be organized, timely and detailed-oriented.
Basic Computer software skills.
