You will collaborate across regions and functions to deliver value, manage forecasts, and identify opportunities. Travel within North America is expected, and a competitive salary plus benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• MBA or MSc with strong commercial acumen and industry experience.
• 2–4 years in sales, key account management, distributor management, or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and achieve revenue and profitability targets across NAFTA territories and key accounts.
• Develop new business opportunities while strengthening existing customer relationships within composites, electronics, and industrial markets.
• Serve as the primary commercial contact for customers and provide solutions addressing both immediate and long-term needs.
• Identify and execute strategies to increase market penetration and expand Arxada's presence in targeted segments.
• Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and cross-functional teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain a robust opportunity pipeline, provide forecasts, and drive opportunities to closure.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to support strategic decisions.
