Arxada is seeking a Manager, NA Procurement – Wood Protection to lead strategic sourcing for key raw material categories across US sites and to partner with cross-functional teams to strengthen supplier strategies, cost, quality, and sustainability in North America.

In this role, you will drive negotiations, manage supplier relationships, and deliver cost savings while promoting resilience and ESG initiatives in a dynamic global organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or category management within manufacturing.
• Regulated industries and complex supply chains experience is preferred.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to translate market insights into strategies.

As Manager, NA Procurement – Wood Protection, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing procurement strategies that strengthen Arxada’s Wood Protection business across North America. You will partner closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to drive strategic sourcing initiatives, enhance supply resilience, unlock sustainable value, and enable long‑term business growth. Essential Job Functions

• Lead strategic sourcing for key raw material categories across US sites, with opportunities to support broader regional and global initiatives
• Drive supplier selection, negotiations, and contracting to optimize total cost of ownership and supply reliability
• Develop and execute category strategies that improve quality, service, innovation, and sustainability performance
• Partner with internal stakeholders to identify supply risks, implement mitigation plans, and ensure continuity of supply
• Deliver measurable cost savings and value creation through structured sourcing and negotiation activities
• Build strong, collaborative supplier relationships, including performance management and continuous improvement
• Champion sustainability, compliance, and ESG initiatives across the supplier base

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, Chemistry, Finance, Business, or a related field
• Proven experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or category management within a manufacturing environment
• Experience working in regulated industries and complex supply chains preferred
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across functions and geographies
• Confident communicator with a results‑driven, resilient, and improvement‑focused mindset

The expected salary range for this role is 106,000 $- 129,000K $, but specific employee compensation may vary depending on factors including experience, education, training, licensure, certification, location and other job-related, non-discriminatory factors permitted by law.

This role is also eligible to earn a short-term incentive bonus and the following benefits: 401(k) plan, medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, paid time off, paid holidays and paid sick leave.
