Job summary

Forks Community Hospital is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide direct and indirect patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and licensed practical nurses. The role requires WA CNA licensure, CNA program completion, and CPR certification, with lifting up to 30 pounds.

Prior extended care or elderly care experience is preferred. The position is full-time with rotating weekends (2:30pm–11:00pm) in Forks, WA, offering a competitive hourly wage and comprehensive benefits.

QUALIFICATIONS:Able to read and write Basic English, other languages preferred as well. Graduate of Certified Nursing Assistant Program. Washington State License for Certified Nursing Assistant. One yearextended care experience preferred and/or educational preparation in needs of the disabled or elderly. Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds on a regular basis. Current CPR card.

Shift: Full Time, all days, rotating weekends,2:30pm-11:00pm, 1.0 FTE

SALARY: $24.57- $39.26/hourDOE
