Qualifications

• Experience owning program strategy and end-to-end delivery.
• 7+ years in risk management, audit, legal, compliance or related field work including external stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in environmental sciences or related field.

Responsibilities

• Establish cross-organizational alignment on a unified water compliance vision across business units.
• Own the strategic water program roadmap including quality, discharge, stormwater and wastewater compliance.
• Develop multi-year operating plans, budgets, and resource allocation to balance obligations with investing in infrastructure.
• Build and operate program controllership mechanisms to surface and mitigate water compliance risk.
• Communicate compliance strategy and status to Director and VP-level audiences across functions.
• Partner with Legal, regulators, and tech teams to resolve barriers and accelerate solutions.
• Define and govern KPI and compliance metric frameworks for real-time visibility.
• Lead talent management lifecycle including hiring and development planning.
• Oversee work of third-party contractors ensuring milestones and quality.
• Work autonomously in ambiguous regulatory environments to deliver compliance outcomes.
• Embed water compliance objectives into day-to-day operations.
