The role is the main operations partner, driving operational excellence, improving processes, and providing insights for decision making.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years in business operations or related field; OR Associate’s with 9+ years experience.
• Advanced degrees may substitute for up to two years of experience.
• MBA is preferred and beneficial for strategic oversight.

Responsabilidades

• Lead annual planning for key business areas and align with finance.
• Report forecast changes and lead monthly reviews with sales leaders.
• Manage pipeline and lead design-win opportunities with Sales.
• Analyze performance, trends, and market data to provide insights.
• Build dashboards and reports to track KPIs for leadership.
