Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 9+ years of Engineering Operations or related work experience.
• Associate's degree and 11+ years of Engineering Operations or related work experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent and 13+ years of Engineering Operations or related work experience.
• Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master's = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a credible Americas lab portfolio.
• Consolidate engineering demand, capacity, and constraints into an integrated planning view.
• Develop site-fit options, portfolio recommendations, and clear tradeoffs for leadership decisions.
• Identify and communicate capacity, infrastructure, location, and timing risks early to support proactive action.
• Balance near-term delivery with long-range portfolio health and utilization.
• Provide line management for Eng Ops team, including goal setting and feedback.
• Lead structured intake and planning reviews with clear decision points.
• Align requirements and handoffs with cross-functional teams such as ETO, IT, and regional planning.
• Surface decisions and ownership gaps to drive follow-through across stakeholders.
• Translate data into decision-ready materials and dashboards for visibility.
• Establish planning methods, metrics, data definitions, and quarterly portfolio reviews.
• Prepare and support decision inputs for forums such as LRC and EIC.
