Qualifications

• 8+ years of accounting experience with direct payroll accounting.
• SAP S/4HANA experience required.
• Experience with full cycle payroll processing, gross-to-net calculations, taxes.
• Demonstrates project management skills and awareness of financial performance metrics.
• Strong knowledge of finance, internal controls and policy.

Responsabilités

• Plan, organize, develop and lead accounting department staff supporting general ledger and payroll-related systems.
• Oversee financial close activities, forecasts and annual plans; drive process improvements.
• Manage recruitment, training and development of accounting personnel in the area.
• Act as a trusted advisor to management on financial performance and strategy execution.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and internal controls in payroll activities.
• Lead payroll accounting, accruals, reconciliations and GL entries; manage PTO reserves and year-end payouts.
• Coordinate payroll-related audits and system upgrades, testing and implementations.
• Conduct root cause analysis and drive remediation of issues to prevent recurrence.
• Manage payroll-related projects and cross-team collaboration; oversee ticketing with vendors.
