Job summary

Sazerac Company in Louisville, KY seeks an Innovation Program Manager for North America to drive growth through strategic portfolio innovation. You will oversee multiple NA programs, hire and staff Innovation Leaders and Coordinators, enable the innovation process, assess risks, and ensure on-time delivery across brands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10 years experience in a fast-paced project/innovation environment.
• Ability to communicate with leadership and all levels of the organization.
• Experience in process design, implementation and improvement with proven strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple North America innovation programs and staff Innovation Leaders and Coordinators.
• Enable and execute the innovation process with clear risk assessments and gates.
• Ensure on-time delivery of innovation projects and total programs across Brands.
• Grow and maintain growth, maintenance, optimization and refresh projects.
