Job summary

Standex Engraving, based in Fraser, MI, seeks a Senior Finance Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting, FP&A, KPIs, and regional accounting across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. This role partners with operations and executive leadership to translate financial data into strategic decisions that boost P&L performance.

You will head the NA accounting team, ensure SOX controls, support audits, and drive ERP projects (SAP) and cost efficiencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (or equivalent).
• 8–10 years progressive finance/accounting with FP&A and leadership.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting.
• GAAP experience in multi-entity environment; SOX/COSO familiarity.
• ERP like SAP and consolidation tools such as OneStream.

Responsibilities

• Own the annual budget, forecasts, and weekly NA planning.
• Lead variance analysis, scenario planning, and management reporting.
• Design and report KPIs for the region; model financial growth initiatives.
• Lead NA finance/accounting team and establish standard work.
• Oversee month-end close, intercompany, and CER/LER capital requests.
• Support SAP integration and North American P&L harmonization.
• Drive ERP/automation projects to reduce non-value-added work.
