Job summary

Vinmar International is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead end-to-end financial control for designated North American businesses. The role requires strong accounting expertise, SAP/BPC/EPM experience, and the ability to mentor teams. In-office 4 days per week with travel up to 25%.

You will partner with regional leadership to drive accurate reporting, forecasting, and cash flow improvements while supporting audits and internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent.
• 7+ years of experience in accounting/finance roles.
• Solid understanding of operations and accounting processes.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with SAP, BPC, EPM and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting and finance for designated business units.
• Ensure accurate financial reports, including financial statements and balance sheet validation.
• Conduct business analysis to improve reporting and forecasting; streamline processes.
• Partner with business leadership to improve cashflow and profitability; advise on KPI trends.
• Prepare forecasts and budgets; develop templates and information presentation.
• Support Group Controller and CFO team; assist with audits and internal controls.
• Review monthly customer and product profitability; report weekly KPIs.
• Oversee cash flow projections and intercompany funding coordination.
• Oversee inventory counts and ledger reconciliation.
• Travel up to 25%.
